Perry, Instructor

Perry is a Master's student in Mechanical Engineering at McGill University, where he researches the combustion of metal-air fuels under turbulent conditions at the Alternative Fuels Laboratory. With a strong background in math and sciences, he frequently assists classmates with their studies and was awarded the Governor General's Academic Medal in high school as well as the Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering (CSME) Gold Medal. In his free time, Perry enjoys playing badminton, video games, and exercising.

Jay, Instructor

Jay is an Aerospace Engineering graduate and President’s Scholar with over five years of tutoring experience in math, physics, and statistics. When he’s not tutoring, he enjoys sleeping, practicing backflips, and cooking food that probably shouldn’t be eaten.

Collin, Instructor

Collin achieved a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with distinction at the University of Manitoba. He is pursuing a Master of Science degree in the field of applied electromagnetics. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his bicycle and playing games.

ian, Instructor

Ian is a Physics Master’s student at the University of Manitoba. His research focus is in Quantum Theory and Computing. Completing his BSc in Physics and Astronomy with minors in Mathematics and Statistics gives him a strong background in many mathematical disciplines. He is passionate about making math more accessible and less intimidating to students while helping them reach their goals. In his free time he likes to read science fiction, play soccer, and train boxing. 

simon , Instructor

Simon, a third -year student at the University of Manitoba is currently in the Physics and Astronomy Honours program. He was awarded the Governor General’s Bronze Medal and is a Dean’s Honour List student. Simon is passionate about helping others succeed academically. He is also a Lifeguard and Swim instructor. He enjoys ice skating, playing the guitar, and playing video games.”

buddhika, Instructor

Buddhika is a PhD student in Physics at the University of Manitoba, where his research focuses on particle and nuclear physics. He has several years of teaching and tutoring experience, including working as a physics teaching assistant and teaching high-school students. With a strong background in mathematics and physics, Buddhika enjoys breaking down difficult concepts into clear, manageable steps and helping students build confidence in problem-solving. Outside of academics, he enjoys cycling, exercising, and learning about science and technology.

Noah, Instructor

Noah completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with distinction. He is currently in his first year doing his Masters degree. Noah has had extensive experience tutoring and teaching in math, physics, circuit analysis, and computer science. In his free time, he spends it either playing games, rock climbing, or learning languages.

Michael, Instructor

Michael is a fifth-year computer engineering student at the University of Manitoba. He enjoys learning new concepts in math and physics, and he has experience helping his peers understand these topics. Outside of academics, Michael enjoys exercising, playing video games, and fixing electronic devices and machines.

Gurnoor, Instructor

Gurnoor is a Gold Honours graduate from high school and a Dean’s Honour List graduate from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics. Her next goal is to become a Doctor of Medicine. With her strong background in chemistry and biology, she is passionate about helping others excel in their classes.

rufus, Instructor

Rufus is currently pursuing his degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Manitoba. He has a passion for math and physics and loves helping his peers master those subjects. In his free time, Rufus enjoys exploring art, dancing, playing video games, and going on walks.

annabelle, Instructor

Annabelle is in her third year of microbiology at the University of Manitoba. She is passionate about math and biology, with experience teaching those subjects from kindergarten to high school. In her spare time she likes to read, play piano, and exercise.

sakif, Instructor

Sakif is a fifth-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Manitoba with a passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with others. Having previously worked as a Teaching Assistant, he enjoys helping students develop their understanding and build confidence in their skills. Outside of academics, Sakif spends his spare time exploring 3D modeling and playing soccer, combining creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in both his studies and personal interests
